The School of SOL is a sharing and teaching platform that aims to provide resources, articles, classes, courses, workshops, seminars and group meetings to assist and inform those of you who are Advanced Soul Aspects incarnated here on Earth at this time of planetary and human consciousnesses ascension.

The High Frequency Light Beings who guide, mentor, share their vast wisdom and bring enlightenment and awakening to those who are drawn to the School, call this ascension and awakening process the Journey to ONE. Their teachings and support for your awakening process is part of a greater journey, that of the Universal Evolution of Consciousness.

About the Journey to ONE

Evolution of Consciousness

Everything in our universe is on a journey of growth and development, the journey and evolution of consciousness. Here at the School of SOL this journey is called The Journey To ONE. There are many universes, each with their own unique elements, components, physics - 'ingredients' if you will, in order to create environments that are similar and yet different through which to experience 'life and consciousness'.

Souls, like stars, are continually being birthed through a process of separation from Source. Each Soul embarking on a Journey from complete and total separation from source with no awareness of anything other than isolated existence, through a huge spectrum of densities of conscious awareness, fields in which to play, explore, experience and significantly to Remember that they are Source! Each soul is not limited to one earthly lifetime. Souls are absolutely vast and 'multi-stream' their aspects into many thousands of lifetimes, densities and experiences in order to grow.

Souls of all 'ages' and experience (positions within their Journey to ONE) send fragments/fractals/aspects of themselves to incarnate here, on what has until recently been a 3rd Density school of experience within our solar system, within our galaxy, within our universe. There are, of course, many many more schools and playgrounds around, catering for different densities of experience, but Earth is highly rated as a fast track school of conscious development. Souls coming here know it's going to be a tough environment and they have higher density soul aspects who act as guides and supporters for the process. The Higher Self/Guardian Angel is an aspect of your Soul that is here to guide you in your incarnation journey of growth and development. You are guiding You! Isn't that cool! Souls are beyond the time/space awareness that is in play here on Earth. We often 'tap into' the experiences of these other Aspects of our Soul in meditation,  in deja vu experiences, as past life recall and so on, and due to the Earth Schools space/time element our consciousness, our awareness, attempts to fit these experiences into a linear time line. The concept of 'soul mates' and 'twin flames' are simply explained as You recognising another Aspect of your own Soul, incarnated in the same space/time! That's cool too!

Planet Earth herself is a sentient being, a Soul on her personal and unique Journey to ONE. She has recently transitioned from being a 3rd Density restricted planet to a 5th Density planet, due to cosmic alignments she has entered into. This means that higher density aspects of souls can incarnate here now too, adding to the elevated energetic frequency of the planet and to the consciousness development of all soul aspects at school here. This is commonly referred to as Ascension. Using the school analogy, whatever experience level we are currently processing, we  have graduated and our school has just been made an Academy! This has brought vast numbers of new, highly motivated and articulate teachers, tools and equipment and new student mentors to take our learning to a whole new level! 

So who or what is SOL? SOL is the name of our life giving star - the Sentient Being, the Soul, who has chosen to make it's Journey to One through being a Star. Creator of planets, coordinator of all elements, components, Beings from the lowest to the highest densities within the consciousness 'bandwidths'. It is through the SOL Portal that Earth and all her inhabitants, elements and components receive universal life force (Source Light and energy) to experience 'Be-ing', to experience life and growth. And it is through SOL that we 'feed back' our growth and development journey progress. Using the school analogy again, this is akin to being in an educational territory,  enrolled in a specific school at a specific space/time moment, with SOL being that school and providing all the resources we need as well as being the Head Teacher!
