As your teacher and learning mentor I will be delighted to start, advance and support you on your Discovery Journey. My aim is to bring enlightenment and inspiration together with practical tools and assistance, designed to help you move forwards and rise upwards both personally and energetically. Traditional 
Usui Reiki

The practice of Reiki is a method of energy healing developed by Mikao Usui in Japan early in the 20th century. Reiki is a natural healing energy that works on every level, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and is understood to promote the body’s regenerative self- healing ability. Traditional Usui Reiki can be a wonderful foundation for your own personal healing and your journey as an Energy Healing Practitioner and is a perfect foundation for other energy healing modalities and methods to be built upon.

Usui Reiki First Degree Training

In this Usui Reiki First Degree course you will be introduced to the wonderful spiritual and energetic healing system of Usui Reiki and will begin your journey of self-healing and self-acceptance through the Five Reiki Principles and self-healing practices.  

No previous experience of Reiki is required, although if you have experienced Reiki healing treatments in the past you will be familiar with the feel and effects of Reiki healing, which will be experienced during and following the attunement processes.

During our day, you will:

* Receive 4 Reiki Attunement ceremonies during the course of our day together, which cleanse your chakras, open and strengthen your healing gift and personal energies. 

* Learn the background of Mikao Usui and history of Western Reiki

* Learn the Five Reiki Principles behind Usui Reiki.

* Gain an understanding of the Human Energy system.

* Learn cleansing, grounding & energy protection techniques.

* Practice the Usui Meditation and learn self-healing methods. 

This is an in-person course with ongoing support via email or telephone. Further in person meetings can be arranged if and as appropriate/required and you will be issued with a Certificate on completion of your day.

Practitioner - Second Degree Training

Ideally taken over two days, this content can also be taught in one long day of training. Progressing on your Reiki Journey, during our day you will experience a further 3 initiations to the Usui Reiki energy, which strengthen your existing connection and channel the first 3 Usui Reiki symbols into your personal energy system. 

You will:

* Need to have already completed Usui Reiki First Degree. 

* Receive 3 further Reiki Attunement ceremonies which further increase your connection to the Reiki energy.

* Learn use of and practice drawing the three Reiki healing symbols.

* Be shown optional hand positions and methods of treatment on others

* Introduce the use of crystals with Reiki.

* Widen experience and knowledge of the Chakras and the Aura

* Discuss Practitioner Requirements, Ethics and Code of Conduct and Insurance.

* You will be required to complete some Evidence in Practice before being issued with your Usui Reiki Second Degree Certificate.

This is a two day in person course to allow for practical experience and direct teaching support, but if you feel it would be more beneficial, I can condense the course content into one, longer day.

Combined First & Second Degree Training

In this empowering two-day training you will be introduced to the wonderful spiritual and energetic healing system of Usui Reiki and will begin your journey of self-healing and self-acceptance through the Five Reiki Principles and self-healing practices. Your healing intentions will then be empowered and enhanced by knowledge of and connection to the three practitioner level Reiki Symbols.

You will also gain an overview of the human energy system - the Aura and Chakras on which we work and will begin to explore Japanese Reiki healing techniques using your hands, eyes and breath! 

No previous experience of Reiki is required, although if you have experienced Reiki healing treatments in the past you will be familiar with the feel and effects of Reiki healing, which will be experienced during and following the attunement processes.

During this two-day course you will:

* Receive 7 Reiki Attunement ceremonies, 4 during the first day to Reiki First Degree and a further 3 on the second day to the Reiki Symbols and Reiki Second Degree - these cleanse your chakras, open and strengthen your healing gift and personal energies and strengthen your energetic connection to the Usui Reiki Symbols

* Learn the background of Mikao Usui and history of Western Reiki

Master Degree Training

In this Usui Reiki Master Degree  training, you will receive one final attunement to the Master Symbol which empowers you with advanced healing energies and will further advance your own personal and spiritual development. It does not cover the teaching of attunement ceremonies. You will: 

* Need to have completed Usui Reiki First and Second Degree

* Be re-attuned to your present Reiki energies and symbols

* Receive a further attunement ceremony to channel the Master Symbol

* Learn Japanese Reiki initiation and empowerment ceremonies

* Learn how to give powerful Master Healing Attunements

*Any additional individual learning needs will be met

*Receive a Usui Reiki Master Certificate at the end of our day

This is a one day course, but if you feel it would be more beneficial, I can arrange to spread the course over 2 days to allow for more practical experience and direct teaching support.  You will be issued with a certificate at the end of the second day.

Teacher Degree Training

This Teacher Degree training will enable you to pass on the Usui Reiki attunements and teachings to others. You will: 

* Need to have taken First, Second and Third Degree

* Be re-attuned to your current levels and symbols

* Receive a further attunement ceremony to channel the Reiki Master/Teacher energies

* Learn to conduct the Usui Reiki Attunement Ceremonies.

* Be advised on lesson planning and structure, teaching aims and objectives.

* Any additional individual learning needs will be met

* Receive a Reiki Teacher Certificate at the end of our day

This can be a one day, in person course, but if you feel it would be more beneficial, I can arrange to spread the course over 2 days to allow for more practical experience and direct teaching support.

Combined Master Teacher Degree Training

I also offer a combined Usui Reiki Master/Teacher training for those of you who, like me, simply know that you should share this wonderful healing art with your clients as well as your family or friends. Reiki is a personal journey and for some, it may be more appropriate to learn these two stages separately and for others it is equally appropriate for them to be learned together.


The course content is the same as when taken individually and will be tailored to your individual teaching needs. 

If you have previously been attuned by another Reiki Master, we will arrange a pre course meeting where we can go through your current level of experience and manual content, so that we don't tread on old ground, I don't try to teach granny to suck eggs! and to ensure that you get the best out of our time together.

I have set this course schedule over 2 days, but if you would prefer more time for practice, discussion and to gain experience in hosting workshops, through mentorship for example, I am more than willing to accommodate this which again can be discussed during our pre course meeting.

In acknowledging the growing interest in the use of crystals for healing & protection, the Angels also acknowledged that accessibility to these natural healing gifts is potentially limited by overly complicated programmes of learning. 


In *Angelic Crystals, the process of cleansing, empowering and using crystals in synergy with Angelic Light and Love for our own healing and for the healing of others is made accessible, affordable and easy.


Angel Cards are used alongside the crystals at each energy portal, in order to bring further insight, light and love to the healing being received, to create a comprehensive and very thorough energy healing report that can be reviewed and revisited as needed. 


All you need to learn in order to become a practitioner working primarily on the Core 7 Chakra System is given within the Practitioner Degree. 


The Master Practitioner Module takes your learning further into the Advanced Human Energy System, the 5D Light Body and Trans-personal Chakras. The pre-requisite for this Module is the successful completion of and competence in the Practitioner Degree.

The SOLANA Way to Conscious Channelling

One Day Training Workshop £95 


The training within the SOLANA Way to Conscious Channelling reflects my own experience and ability to access High Frequency Guides, Archangels, Ascended Masters and Star Beings of Light and Love in a simple and conscious way. 


I had already been personally trained and mentored by my wonderful Guides, Masters and Teachers and was still too shy, had too many self limiting programmes running to share my processes with others. My 'team in spirit' then brought a book to me, quite literally, when a Reiki student recognised similarities with my processes and those in the book Opening to Channel by Sanaya Roman and Dwayne Packer and brought me a copy. The structure of the processes in this method suited my practice and in no time I began to teach.


Moving forward, I have created the SOLANA Way to Conscious Channelling, to share the methods, processes and practical guidance given through my own 'spirit team'. In this, all methods used are in line with those found within the School of SOL teaching materials, which brings a simplicity of practice moving forward. 


One of the most significant requirements with this system is that you are released from the limitations of the human ego self in order for you to channel unhindered by fear or doubt, but instead safe and confident within the higher frequencies of trust, faith and belief.

This newly created Accessing your Soul Aspects Course is designed using the same processes as the SOLANA Conscious Channelling Course. It reflects my own experiences and its aim is to give you tools and techniques which enable you to access your Higher Self, who acts as the Gatekeeper Guide for your Earth Walk incarnation. 


Your Higher Self is an energy portal, a spiritual chakra within your energy body, that vibrates at a significantly higher frequency than your physical and lower ethereal chakras.
