The School of SOL Cancellation and Refund Policy

Attendance at any training, courses, classes, seminars and group meetings (event) will not be confirmed until your registration is complete and any payment or fee is received.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training, course, class, seminar, group meeting date, please email your request to: enquiries@schoolofsol.com

Please submit all cancellation requests within 60 calendar days of application and no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled class, course, seminar or group term start date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees.

Registrants who are not able to attend their given class, course, seminar or group meeting or who cancel outside of the given notice period detailed above will incur the full cost of Registration. 



Cancellation by The School of SOL.

The School of SOL reserves the right to cancel any training, courses, classes, seminars or group meetings (event) due to insufficient enrolment at least 30 calendar days in advance of the scheduled event date. Notice will be provided to reschedule to a future date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.

The School of SOL is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Registrant (customer/student) if a training course, class, seminar or group meet is cancelled.

The School of SOL can only move training online in the event of local or national restrictions placed on the community.

If an event is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or natural disaster, the Registrant is entitled to reschedule for a future event.
